Blue Christmas

Dearie,

This is the first Christmas I’m spending all alone back here. :(

I’m missing you a lot these few weeks. I went about to shop for a few things, to take a stroll around, catch those nice decos at the malls, see the year end mood of festivity. But, I feel so strange. Normally, these times are spent together. And, it feels really lonely to do all these things by myself.

I saw your recent posts and I know that you feel that way too. Christmas to them must be like CNY to us. Everyone over there goes back home during Christmas except for those who are temporary visitors, just like you. Unfortunately, you don’t know some of the local families in Bolzano. It’s a good chance to experience how they celebrate it over there. Anyway, you have some coursemates over there to keep you company until the holidays are over.

Hmm… I guess when we meet this summer, we must celebrate every single thing that we missed for the whole year.
