Dearest honey,

It’s V-Day today! And, it’s such a sad thing that you aren’t around… :-(

Today is such a bore. Wasn’t able to get much things done around. This must be one of the most unproductive day by far this year. I’m so restless on a day where we used to do something together. Remember we tried out Bumbu Bali last year and you liked that place a lot. We also did a boycott on Valentine consumerism two years ago with some wonderful home-cook dinner. Four years ago, it was a blue-themed set of gifts in a blue paperbag. I’m afraid I’ve succumbed to it this time again! Hope you like all three gifts, two will arrive by mail while I’ll bring the third when I come over. I can never get the mail delivery timing right. Looks like they’ll arrive a bit late.

Happy Valentine’s Day! It’s just like any other normal day, but it’s kind of different this time. I wished we had the space and time to do something together. I miss you very much.
