Reminiscence

It’s been 5 years…

I haven’t any thought whether this is considered “long” to many, or easily scoffed off as “ah, that’s nothing!” to some. All I know, in the back of my head is that, “it’s kinda long”. We are one year short of the length World War II lasted (next year we’ll equal that =P ), but so am I relieved that it wasn’t anything like world war, hehe.

Had a sudden rush of memories.

I remember the times we had to iron things out due to the fact that your friends are a whole lot different from my friends. And there’s that whole getting used to it period. Then came another phase as working adults. I remember the times I had to travel to Bukit Jalil to see you, or pick you up for cell (pre-Subang-komuter time), or have dinner. I Still Remember

Dearest Mei Sin,

Honestly, I didn’t forget all about 99letters. You must have been wondering, eh?

I don’t know what took the third letter so long, but it wasn’t a shortage of inspiration. Not sure what could the reason be, but I like just flowing along with it….

Maybe it’s the realisation of the fact that we’re fast approaching the end of June that hit me this morning. So fast…time flies.

I still remember New Year’s day, which seemed barely awhile ago. We’ve move past 3-years for a few months already, I realise, and so this letter, hopefully, will mark the beginning of a new journey, anew level of adventure, a whole new level of monsters and obstacles, and also goodies and power-ups which we’ll find along the way (ok hehe, an analogy in the gaming sense)…...Read More...
