Night at the Museum

The caption “Visit 545 museums in Austria with one ticket only! attracted me instantly. There and then I made a decision to be a part of this “long night of the museum”. A student ticket cost 10€ and I can visit as many museum I wish from 6pm until 1am the very next day!

I was really ambitious at the begining, but eventually I went to only 6 museums, namely:
1. Museum of Ancient Art (Kunsthistorisches Museum)
2. Museum of Imperial Treasury (Schatzkammer)
3. Neue Burg – Collection of Ancient Musical Instruments
4. Neue Burg – Collection of Amrs and Amour, Ephesus Museum
5. Museum of Natural History (Naturhistorisches Museum)
6. Papyrus Museum

For me, it was really money well spent. The collection in all those museums are so complete! Luckily they allow us to use our cameras in the museum, but without flash. So I can at least share with you my experience, through the lenses of my camera! =)
