I am addicted to weather forecast!

Like Sarah, I follow the weather forecast religiously. Back home in my sunny homeland, there are generally 2 types of weather: it’s either Rain or Shine! Reading weather forecast has never been a practice. I wonder who ever takes notice of the end of news weather forecast (those sponsored by Nippon Weather paint)!

Clearly the situation here is different. The reasons why I am addicted to weather forecast are …..
#1: the weather forecast here are much more accurate than those at home. Do you agree that back home, if they say “hujan”, usually the sun shines, and when they say “cuaca cerah”, it usually rains!!
#2: you’ve got to dress according to temperature. Well, if you well prepared and the day is warm, you could just take off your jacket. But on the contrary, if you “underdress” for a cold day, you’re going to suffer!!! Trust me, it feels horrible. We’re not talking about Genting highland type of weather, it’s winter here!!
#3: end of season weather change. It’s nearing the end of winter now, and the weather can be quite unpredictable. Just a few days ago, the average temperature rose to a high of 9 – 12 °C, and I thought “time to clean those winter jackets, and put them away”, but today it dropped back to 3°C.

Good thing I have a weather sticker here in my blog, I just refresh the page everytime I wanna know the weather outside. You guys back home can also know my current weather here in Vienna. =)

  • Just realized that my blog is so “blue-ish”, well, if you have not already noticed, blue if my favorite color! Maybe the elaboration deserve a post of itself!

rain in Adelaide..is more synonymous to drizzling…its almost like when u open your umbrella, the rain stops…and then there is the keep the winter clothes, take out the summer clothes…and dressing up is most fun during winter…can wear so many accessories..=P
