Being a tourst in my own homeland
4 August 2008, 17:52
It wasn’t my intention to dress like that.
A hat: for shielding my face from the sun, a backpack: I am going back to Seremban after the outing, a camera: needed that because I entered a photography challenge with WeeLee.
I guess it’s ok, since I don’t plan to buy anything in Petaling Street, so dressing like a tourist doesn’t harm.
We (Koinonia cellies & I) totally enjoyed ourselves, eating to our heart’s content with all the must-tries of Petaling Street. And also not forgetting, a shopping spree for us who wants to get “branded” stuff for a lower price.
Don’t ever under-estimate our homeland, there are loads of places that have much to offer =). This trip rekindles my interest in local tourist spots. There are actually loads of beautiful and scenic destinations. All I can say now is God doesn’t show favoritism(a lot thinks that the Maker dotted only on Europe). Learn to appreciate our tropical country…..maybe dressing like a tourist helps, trust me.
Beef noodles are amazing!!!
That’s us…. galavanting around town
