My latest hobby

My latest hobby is photography. I owe this to Diana, who is a photography enthusiast herself. Got loads of inspirations from her photos, you can check them out here. Lately, I’ve got a camera upgrade to further pursue this new found hobby. My old Nikon Coolpix L3 met an unexpected tragic end, when it dropped on solid, rocky road. Thanks to John, now I own a Panasonic Lumix FZ8. As you can see, it’s quite a good camera!
I’ve been playing a lot with manual focus, apperture, and etc. Below here are some of my experiments. I’m still in the practicing stage, once I master the skill, I’ll consider getting myself a digital SLR.
So what do u think about them? Any obervations, suggestions, comments are welcomed.

Readers of Snowflakes might want to know that one of those pictures (in the group of pics) was in fact, taken by me. MS was sitting to my left and it looks impossible for her to have taken this picture without using a flip-out LCD anyway… he he he…
